Basically her dog ran away and she's barely wearing anything, her tits bouncing around, trying to catch him and some woman complained that he wasn't on a leash. "Thanks for the tip honey, next time I let my dog run away I'll make sure to put him on a leash first"

I figured she was from Newfoundland. Those people are not Canadian. They are something totally seperate.
