It seems odd- but I went to chipotle once and there was a guy in front of me, he orders just rice. White rice, says he doesn’t want the cilantro in it. So I’m thinking- what does he expect? They’re going to pick it out? Make a fresh batch? Well- someone comes out of the back. Greets him, the interaction is oddly curt but it seems like they know this guy. Person from the back brings a big thing of just white rice. The guy produces his own plastic bag, not a zipper bag or anything- a clear plastic bag. They dump the rice in and ring him up. Didn’t see or hear what he paid- or maybe I don’t remember. But witnessing that- I can believe someone bought the hand corn.

In America, if you didn’t have the right to buy hand corn, I’d fight for it for you. May not he my way, but I can’t fault you none.

@guest_ Your story reminded me of this time I was in elementary school. For some reason, the class was going to do a bread day and everyone was supposed to bring in a different kind of bread. Well I wanted to bring the bread that Outback makes. Now remember, this is decades ago, before ordering out from "sit down" restaurants was a thing. So my mom takes me to Outback and we walk in and just ask to buy 24 loaves of bread. They were so confused and we had to explain everything and then wait, but in the end they did provide us 24 loaves of bread. The best part: everyone else in the class just brought 1 loaf. Because 1 slice of 24 different loaves is still a lot of bread for each student. But no, I'm the idiot that brought a whole loaf for every single class mate.

Lmao. It’s better to be a kind and thoughtfully generous idiot in such cases I would say. As a very rotund child- I certainly would have appreciated you bringing 24 loaves of bread. I didn’t get to enjoy the bread, but I did enjoy the story. Thank you.
