Pretty sure it's from IKEA. Can't post links here but look up IKEA PS 2014. I think that's the one, or a copycat of it.

As @ewqua noted, the basic light is available at Ikea, in several sizes. However, if you want it to look like the Death Star, you will have to do a little decorating on the plain whitish lamp. There are several how-to guides on YouTube and Bored Panda. Search for "living room light that looks like the death star" to find the various guides.
