It’s cause the perspective is god awful. The head is closer and therefore bigger, while the hind legs are sticks

i believe fake, the head is that of an adult tiger, not a cub, also, in the first pic, there is a raised part of the ledge near the left hind leg, that is gone in the second pic. The front legs are wrong, and the tongue doesn't go out to the side like a dog, it's a cat.

After closer inspection, I realise that the second image is made as a joke. It’s fake. You also neglected to mention the heavy amount of blur in the image
