In your haste to attack Trump (and any perceived support he might have) you not only diminished all the people a completely different person harassed, excused his predatory behavior, AND took part in the fabled "guilty til you prove them innocent" culture.

So... the point of the joke is that a politician/accused sex offender who has made comments about consent not mattering (and has numerous accounts of this) is also trying to force himself on a country that says it doesn’t want him. It doesn’t matter if Joe Biden has a record sexual offense in context to the joke because the joke hinges on the person both being someone that forces themselves on a country (1 term- lost popular votes. Record low approval ratings, re election lost the popular vote) Trump vs Biden (2 time Vice President by popular vote, high approval ratings, won popular election for president) so for the joke and the actual point of the joke- trying to override the will of the US people for your own wants- there isn’t really a reason to mention Joe Biden here.
Unless someone hates Joe Biden, or Loves Donald Trump so much, that they either have to defend or redirect any negative claim even if it is true; or take any opportunity they can to mention Joe Biden. “See the weather outside? It is kinda dreary...” “WHAT?! How could you mention the weather is dreary without mentioning Joe Biden being Dreary in that interview! This is bias!” Or “It was wrong of that court judge in England to rule against Johnny Depp in his defamation suit for being called a wife beater...” “What?! How dare you mention that judge being wrong without mentioning all the times Joe Biden has been wrong!”
“We” as in the American people did say no. We said no in 2016 and the electoral college said “yes” for America. The majority of Americans said “no” throughout the presidents term- reflected by his historically low approval ratings. Then the majority of American people said “no” again in 2020 by voting against the man. “We” Americans said no, and Donald Trump refuses to accept that and is trying to find any way he can to override the will of the American people and subvert democracy to his will.
If you are an American citizen, and you would say “we didn’t say no...” then who are you with? Who is this “we” who said yes? Ask yourself that. Perhaps YOU didn’t say “no.” Perhaps many other people didn’t say “no,” but to define yourselves as “we” implies a collective group of people who aren’t the American people- because the American people said “yes” by majority. I didn’t say “yes” to George Bush Sr. But America said “yes” to George Bush Sr. So as an American- I can say “we said yes to George Bush Sr, and I disagreed at the time.”
But the point is really somewhat moot isn’t it? That’s somewhat akin to saying person isn’t a rapist if they have sex with everyone in a room of 30 people and 10 say yes and 20 say no. The fact 10 people said yes doesn’t change the fact that 20 said no. If we all have an equal say and more than half of us want Pizza for dinner and less than half want sausages- and we get sausages.... the group decided it wanted pizza. A fair minded person who isn’t a sociopath might be bummed they didn’t get what they wanted, but what is there to say when more people wanted pizza? I guess we could split into cliques- and the “sausage clique” could spend the night ruining things because they lost, but it seems immature and foolish to draw divisions of a group that relies on each other just because sometimes the group doesn’t do what we want.
