Now that is really interesting. Imagine getting the same tree every year for around 7 years, depending on the type of tree.

What happens if the tree dies in your care? Do you have to buy it out right or is there like a insurance

you'd have to pay for it
and you either got a bad tree, bad luck or extremely dumb to kill a pine tree within a month.
it's a pine/Xmas tree! not some type of weakass bushes.
