Is it really bad to wash chicken? I didn't know this

SOAP? Why? Don't use soap, do you want to die? (rhetorical question, I know the answer is yes)

Wash chicken if the juices turned to slimy gloop or if there are still bits of feather on it.
(also if slimy gloop you shouldn't eat it imho)

Am I not supposed to wash the meat? Why not? I always wash it because they are kinda slimy and weird, I also find veins in them sometimes. Am I the only one who is grossed out by veins?

Unless you're a boy, don't wash your meat. This just spreads bacteria evenly on the whole surface. Cooking is what kills said bacteria.
