No, that's OUR fault. If left alone "JC" would have died as a result of her actions thus relieving nature of her toxic stupidiy. Ancient tar pits are full of the bone of those willing to go mucking about in them. But 3 days in the hospital rescues her to go on with her life and make more stupid choices instead. My only hope is she becomes Tik Tok famous and never has anyone help pay down or forgive her medical bills. She chose death, now society will burden her with taxes. Oh poor baby. Make her work weekend sorting plastic at recycling center for 5 years. Every once in a while a benadryl bottle will float by and traumatized her; maybe she'll have a movie made about her.
On the other hand, people learn from experience. Sure that was dumb af. She would have died without the health system. But she will most probably learn from that, it also serves as an example for people who take Benadryl routinely and can end up with problems longer down the way. Compassion has been considered the earliest sign of civilization, and even though she had a very low base intelligence, it doesn't mean she won't be a useful member of society in a few years.
Mmhmm, mmhmm, yup, I see what you're saying. Now, and hear me out...name ONE person, in the world, who is currently serving VOLUNTARILY as the poster child for "I made a bad decision and want to be famously know for it."
You can be useful without being known, and you can have made bad decisions without being proud of them.
But if you want an example I think Robert Downey Jr considers his drug abuse to have been bad decisions, yet doesn't relinquish his past and is seen in a good light by many.
Interesting story. Good warning and as far as know scientifically accurate. However it's obviously not a real story, or it's been added too to make more sense. Certain things like how many seizures she had, while unconscious and without witnesses, would be impossible to know but it does help make a good story.
Lol yeah I had the same thought, "who tf saw her have the 2nd seizure and just took notes?". I then thought that maybe they had surveillance cameras, but the story hypothesis is more likely.
You can piece together time line from her TIKTOK feed and what little she remembers from before being hospitalized. EMTs have to be part detective because as soon as you leave all evidence is locked behind the door. But certain things... stand out... y'know.. how many puddles of puke and poop are on the carpet.
