John Harvey Kellogg just didn't like the idea of masturbation. He thought it was outside God's will so he was a huge circumcision advocate. It was nearly unheard of outside of arcane religious practices, and was incredibly risky back in the 19th century, until this clown came along. Thanks John! :/

Circumcision removes most of the 122 nerve endings in the foreskin (some are still there, depending on how much of the foreskin is left), making any touchy touchy much less stimulating. The theory being that if it feels less good, males will do it less.
