That sounds plenty unsanitary. Blood would get all crusty. You’d want something like an absorbent condom at the very least

i see 2 options
1. a pad with sticky adhesive set up so it covers the entire crotch area, holding the dick against the skin next to it.
2. a roll of some form of malleable absorbent material in gauze style but without the pressure backed with a material that wont let the blood through, this could be replaced once or twice a day

I’m kinda seeing the “padded-interior condom” thing, but instead of adhesive, using, like, an old-school menstrual belt. More secure that way.
