The Dream of the Fisherman's wife (Tako to Ama, literally the octopus/octopi and the shell diver) is the most famous of Hokusai's erotic woodblock prints, that you can find in Kinoe no Komatsu (a book full of such images).
You can see what's going on, and the text lets us know it's good.
As per usual with Hokusai, you can see thin and fluid lines, and a proximity with nature.
His art (and his daughter's, who signed under his name so it's hard to distinguish them) has inspired a lot of Occidental artists, following the Asian art craze from the XIXth-early XXth century. Picasso even copied this drawing, making the woman partly octopus. It seems to have been the first recorded tentacle porn, and yeah this is the internet you know how it ended.
