Dry heat is definitely better, but that doesn't mean it's good. I've lived in both humid heat and dry heat and the only difference is that you don't sweat as much in dry heat
I think you do, it's just that in a dry heat there's less humidity in the air, so the sweat is able to more effectively evaporate. Which cools you better and lets you stay drier and less gross.
