Honestly, only knowing the little this post tells us, this seems less like an entitled Karen, and more like pointing out flaws in the hotel industry.
Don't get me wrong, Being overweight is a personal problem, that the person needs to deal with themselves, but seems there is room for a little more accommodation.
I’m fairly thin and even I think hotel towels are sometimes too small. But then again, maybe they aren’t meant to be wrapped around the body.
The biggest problem is when the beds take up most of the room and you can’t put your luggage anywhere without blocking the way
While I can't say what her size is exactly, an average American woman is between sizes 14-18, and she doesn't look much bigger than that. Regardless of whether someone is working on themselves it's just bad business to not be accessible to an average person

"Being fat is purely a personal choice, so loose weight or suck it up, fatso" seems to be the message of that meme. As a huge number of people not only in the USA but in most western countries, have a fairly high BMI, accommodating them isn't only doing business properly, it's common courtesy and proper social behavior. It's a medical, cultural and political problem, and it's concerning our whole society.
This. Far too many people seem to think obesity can be so easily lost with exercise or 'just diet'. Not only is that not true, people who are obese who attempt to lose weight by suddenly not eating or exercising a lot more is so much worse for your health, as your body is all of a sudden being taxed so much harder than it is used to. People have, far more frequently than news articles and such talk about, *died* by going on diets, especially KETO and other such extremes.
NOT what I was saying at all. For people who are only a bit overweight, or wanting to be a bit healthier? Dieting and exercise is a very good option. I was saying that people with obesity or diabetes have to be careful about what they do, instead of rushing into a diet or exercise like far too many people do. There's a reason why the phrase 'consult your doctor' is ever important, as some people are literally incapable of dieting in certain ways without causing serious damage to your body. Diets seem like an appealing way of doing such, but suddenly changing your nutrition intake is a lot more serious than people make it out to be.
Yes, don't take responsibility, it's society's fault. Eat your fill and keep making bad decisions, you'll never ever have to take responsibility for them.

That's one hell of a take.
