You should also be able to go white water rafting without signing a mountain of paperwork. It was a long time coming for civilization to realize the value of human life, but now we see a backlash were people are afraid to get hurt.

I don't think I've ever given a fuck about wildlife signs or like... landslide signs while hiking. If a cougar or bear mauls me, fine; I live; I got fucked up enough prolly. I die? WhAt ArE yOu GoNnA dO? sUe Me KaReN?
Fining someone for only putting themselves in harms way is dumb. Putting others in harms' way, different story, but that's up to that person imo, not the gov't.
