Why the government is allowed to buy stocks

As someone from Saint Louis who is very upset with the whole Rams situation I dont know if I’d say the NFL is against cheating and corruption either… :D

Idk.. the NFL is pretty damn dirty; not AS dirty, but still dirty.

Because the NFL has lower authority meaning it’s easier to scrutinise.
