Can you guess?

I was thinking Germany, as they often produce high end cutlery- though to be fair it is hard to judge from the picture the quality of this knife for me, and I can’t make out the markings.

I thought Germany to at first, but then I recognised the IKEA 20cm Vardagen series chefs knife.
