Go ahead and downvote, but I haven't seen it and don't plan to. I'm already annoyed as hell with most people for singing "Let it go" ALL THE TIME. Not to mention all the posts which I really do not find humorous at all. But hey, that's just my opinion. Maybe I'm too difficult to please.
Or, we hate the jokes because they are annoying. There are sooooo many posts and girls on here to let us know all of the jokes and script.
"Do you want to build a snowman?!"
"Some people are worth melting for."
"Let it go!!!!"
We understand the jokes but we find them horribly annoying.
I saw it. They took "the snow queen" gave it music but the storyline suffered in my opinion. And their eyes were freaking me out the whole time. They sold a lot of tickets and did really well, it had powerful feminist protagonists. But I think the story itself could have been better. People obsess over it a lot and it gets annoying. Go ahead. Down vote because I shared my opinion.
I never really felt like watching it after there were so many posts about it. I did eventually and it was alright, it had its moments and catchy songs and lovable characters but it didn't captivate me like the other classic Disney movies.
Meet the Robinsons, The Lion King, those were the real Disney ones. They speak of love and happiness. Frozen speaks of a snowman, nomad and a princess trying to speak to the princess's sister. I think.
Jimbles is kind of right IMO. Kind of. I think the movie didn't want to tell us "You don't need a man in your life," but rather "You don't need a Prince Charming. Stop waiting for him and make your own luck." I mean, Kristoff helped Anna, but she had to ask him and buy his help. And then he kept helping her just because he needed a new sleigh. And Olaf helped because, well, he's friendly. Plus I'm not really sure he counts as a man. I mean, he's a magical creature, not human. They needed men, but not in the old fashioned "damsel in distress" way. It was more like cooperation. In the end they fell in love and stuff, but it wasn't a "you're a woman which means you're absolutely helpless and I'm gonna help ya cus I'm a strong man!" kind of thing.
They didn't need men bcuz a female could have done the same. I was trying to say that they didn't need Prince Charming. So I'm not kind of right, I am right. Please try again.
Well, you didn't exactly clarify what you were arguing about. All you said was that they didn't need Kristoff, you said nothing about a "Prince Charming". And Anna did kind of need Kristoff when he was taking her back to the castle after she got sick, so ... you're not right.
And is that really necessary? Please just calm down.
Where did I say that they didn't need KRISTOFF in particular? No where. Was it a happy ending when he took her back? No. She got locked up in a room and froze. Elsa shed a tear, which fell on Anna and lifted the curse. Is Elsa a man? No. She is female. So am I wrong? No.
Am I being serious about slapping lime? No. It is a joke.
SO WHY DONT YOU GO RUN YA FUKIN MOUTH SOMEWHERE ELSE SO WE DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITCHO SORRY ASS YOU SKANKY BITCH!!! (My apologies, I'm really tired. My brain isn't working as well as
it is during the day.)
Dude, I stood up for you and you say this? Ungrateful piece of shit. I tried to help you and you tell me to "try again"... Seriously?! It's not my fault you can't express yourself properly.
Ey Jimbles, shut up already. Ewqua is honestly the most correct here. I do agree they didn't need a man, because It wouldn't have mattered if Olaf and kristof were girls or boys at the end. Also avengenarwhal I love your name.
I didn't tell ewqua to try again I told everyone else to Try again thank you. Shut the FUCK up lime I don't worship shit. Singlewideslim I know he/she was the most correct.
Jimbles, what is your problem? You're cursing people out, insulting us, and doing all this shit because you can't accept the fact that some people don't like what you like. You're overreacting. It's fine for you to like something but when you scream, swear and TRY to insult us, you're taking it too far
I have. It's good, but Tangled is better IMO. What I like about Frozen is that they showed that people changed the way they look at women from "damsel in distress looking for a prince Charming (and choosing the first one that comes along)" to "rationally thinking human being". It's nice to see that we may be becoming a thinking and feeling society. Apart from that, however, the movie wasn't such a big deal. It has some very nice effects, but that's kind of obvious since Disney's rich as fuck.
i'm starting not to want to watch frozen because i keep hearing people singing "let it go" and it annoys the shit out of me. as soon as they stop singing, i will watch it. maybe.
???? The fact you people wont watch it and refuse to highly annoys me. I HATE when people do that. That's like seeing a food you've never tried before, and then refusing to eat it because it looks weird, even though you have no idea what it tastes like and have never, ever tried it before. If it recieved a lot of high praise and the songs are being sung a lot, there's probably a reason. Its idiotic to not want to see it BECAUSE of its high praise. That's seems to be the opposite of logical. Besides, its not the movies fault people are annoying you constantly with the song and jokes relating to the movie, so that's not really a reason to not see the movie. Also, if you see the movie maybe the posts and jokes will seem less annoying, become more humorous, or at the very least make more sense. I have seen frozen myself; I liked it a lot, loved the effects and animation, the story was captivating (to me), and I liked the songs. That is all.
The movie doesn't try too hard to appeal to you, you're trying too hard to turn it away. Just because people keep talking about it, doesn't mean you should hate it. That's like hating marshmallows because everybody likes them (just an example). So, by conclusion, your response is invalid due to trying to explain something illogically. Please try again.
Okay.

Everybody seems to like Frozen. Nothing wrong with that. Just like Harlem Shake, Gangnam Style, Minecraft. I'm fine with this. But when everybody talks about it, for like 5 months, and they don't realize there are other people who don't like that thing as much as everyone else. And then combined with people saying things from the movie the whole time, "Let it go!"
"I'm Olaf"
"Some people are worth melting for.", it make the previously mentioned people who don't like Frozen, so fed up, so annoyed with this movie, because nobody will stop talking about it. And then, like I said, it's been mentioned for 5 months, an someone says "can we stop with frozen already?" Everybody downvotes them and hates them because they don't like what everyone else likes. It's not that I don't like it because everyone else does, I don't like it because everyone is forcing the bandwagon on people like me, people who want it to end already.
Ok look the movies not that good, especially when you compare it to other Disney masterpieces. The whole idea of women being strong and not needing me is great, and I highly encourage it. Although they really could have done a better job of portraying the strong female roll. I personally think that mulan was a much better feminine protagonist
lime894, its so simple to ignore these things. Just scroll past if you get annoyed by people fangirling/boying over frozen!! I mean, its like hating Sherlock fans cuz they've been there for 4 years! Or getting annoyed because people keep talking about The Lion King (note I am not saying it is a classic Disney, just an example) for the past 20 years!!!!!!!!! I mean chill and scroll down.
As for the downvotes, perhaps people respect your opinion but dont agree and thats why they 'downvote' it
The point is, some people just don't like frozen. And forcing your beliefs on us and disliking us because we say "stop with the posts!" isn't going to always change how we feel.
While it is not on quite the same level as The Lion King or Mulan and lacks in humor, the music is impressive, has a good plot, and would not be a waste of time to see.
I looove Pirates of the Caribbean. And Bridge to Terabithia. And The Last Song.
Ok, back to animated.
Is The Lion King like Snow White? Is Tangled like Pocahontas? Is Aladdin like Beauty and the Beast? Is Cinderella like Peter Pan??
My favorite animated Disney movie, 0% Pixar, would be Meet the Robinsons. The story is more beautiful. And then Ralph takes second place incredibly close.
Calm down. I'm not hurting anyone by saying I think the plots are the same, am I? To me, I repeat; to ME they are all the same. This is my opinion. This is what you asked for.
"Do you want to build a snowman?!"
"Some people are worth melting for."
"Let it go!!!!"
We understand the jokes but we find them horribly annoying.
WHACHA GON DO NOW BITCH?!?
And is that really necessary? Please just calm down.
