Srsly, people kept saying, "I wish I lived in Hogwarts.", DOES NOBODY REMEMBER THERE'S NO MUGGLE OBJECTS THAT ARE ALLOWED OR WORKING THERE!? How? Antique, no electricity, film only small-enough-to-hide-in-you-robes magical cameras are hard to come by, and expensive to boot. Not to mention the hassle of developing enough copies to get around...

Colin Creevey had a camera and he said he could dip the pictures in a potion to make them move. You do that, only you print out several copies of the pictures and then owl them to everyone or just litter them around the school
