I watched the opening scene on youtube and even that was just really sad

As was The Plague Dogs. They were written by the same man, I believe.

Watership down is one of my favorite books ATM and now i need to see that movie.

The part with the blue people morphing freaked me out. You know how in the dark your mind can start to generate that most creepiest images? Well, that's what it was like. Then again I get scared pretty easily. See for yourself if you want.

Yes it is... I'm still traumatised by it 10 years after watching it for the first and last time.

Thanks. Though I really don't remember any of it being traumatising for me at age 5.
