Is threatened by beasts who can kill them at any instance and has NO medicine or medical help to save them from dying if injured or harmed by poisonous fruit etc. Feel free to add to the list.

No idea of hygiene, never heard of germs, had no clean water, was proven would use animal droppings for many things which meant handled animal droppings, and when 2 would argue killing each other was more than likely a common thing.

Fights with other tribes and some of them didn't cook so they ate raw food.Also not much knowledge about the nature and what is dangerous or poisonous.

I can guarantee you the water wasn't pure. Bacteria and germs were around before humanoids.

Well it's not like living to 100 but spending the last 15 years in a hospital connected to a machine is the greatest way to spend your life. It's about the quality, not the quantity. You should brag about things you've achieved, not how many years have to doctors managed to keep you alive.
