Nah, if you're looking for fine 3AM dining fare, find yourself a Waffle House. A nice greasy spoon diner feel and pretty decent food. However, I advise you to only eat there one in a while, you can literally taste how bad it is for you.

Regrettably, although they are a chain, they are regional. In some parts of the country they are difficult, if not impossible to find.
Any breakfast place worth a damn has country gravy... Waffle House, Waffle King, Cracker Barrel and a few others all do.

Denny's waitresses are awesome. They, like, don't even care if you give them crap. They just take it and are like "relax, only two more hours." One time this kid was throwing crayons and ice and his mom just filed her nails so the waitress just went in the back, got a mop/broom, and cleaned it up.
