I hate girls like this. This is why so many people never believe actual rape victims. This is why so many people make fun of girls who say they were raped. This is why so many women never come forward and why so many actual rapists walk free. Fuck this girl.
What the hell is wrong with people. how could she ever think it was okay to ruin someone else's life just so she could pretend to be a good girl in front of her parents.
Agreed!! She should be sentenced to the same as that man received. She should have to be registered as a sex offender afterwards. She should have to have her life in jeopardy while locked up and afterward because she is labeled a "sex offender". She and all others like her who do this should be subject to the same penalties that were inflicted upon the innocent victim of her crime. It's all women's equality, right? More, maybe people will be a bit more honest if there is a downside to throwing out false statements.
Isn't that the case? If you falsely use emergency services you can receive a punishment equal to if you had been the one to commit the crime? For example, faking rape=charged with raping, faking murder=charged with murder, faking robbery=charged with robbery?
You mean the girl who claimed to be gang raped at an event that didn't happen by people who either a)don't exist, or b) were in a different state at the time? Yeah, for an event that many feminists claim "never happens" a lot of false rape accusations keep popping up.
I'm agreeing with you. The last part is in reference to the fact that many feminists believe false rape claims never happen, this shown in part by their recent "Listen and Believe" campaign. Yet despite what these feminists believe false rape stories keep popping up in the news.
The main problem in the US is that you have to proove your innocence when you're sued. So basically, when someone sues you, you're already a criminal. In Europe it's the opposite. The court has to proove your guiltiness.
