You can actually lose a lot of weight just by managing your calories with little to no exercise at all. I've done it before. I've gained it all back since then, but it works. I lost over 20 pounds doing it. And if you slowly change your diet and eating habits, you're more likely to keep it off if you stick to your new eating habits. I gained it all back because I eventually went back to my bad eating habits and I've been trying to go back to watching my calories here lately.
