its also the most relied on piece by many low rank players. if you take their queen they don't know what to do. most low ranked that i have played put themselves in very bad positions because they were protecting their queen over their king.

playing white does not really give you any advantage. its all up to weather a player is good at playing offense or defensive waiting games.
