There are a couple people with a condition that makes it hard to loose weight, but you should still eat healthy and exercise. Some people also have broader shoulders and wider hips and that's just how they were made and sometimes it's not fair, but that's how life works. You just have to work to make it fair
dailydose - the problem is that for a lot of people "looking healthy" still results in people calling them fat and lazy. My peak condition has about eighteen to twenty percent body fat (I'm female and broadly built, and my body just really likes keeping chest and thigh reserves) and a size eighteen. And that's during the times when I have few enough obligations to keep to a decent exercise schedule.
I exercise about 2 times a week, i absolutely dont eat healthy, but i still doesnt gain weight. If i eat a burger for breakfast, pizza for dinner and tacos for my evening meal i probably have LOST weight by the end of the day
The only reason I have big biceps, forearms, calves, and thighs, and good abs, is because of my father and genetics. I rarely exercise but I still am pretty muscular, not just for a girl, just in general.
I excersize every single day for 2 hours, running, and doing stretches, and I'm still a walking potato. I'm not saying its unfair for people to be fit, but some people are better at losing weight than others.
While stretching is an important part of working out, it's not actually a work out. So either you run for like 2 min and stretch the rest of those two hours, don't exercise correctly or eat shitty food.
She might stretch, then run, because that is safer. Maybe you should get off your fat ass once in a while, and understand how workouts work. Certain stretches build abs, and muscle, and telling someone off, when they are trying their best is a really shitty thing to do. Even if they don run very long, they are trying. Maybe you should leave your basement and try being fit.
I don't have a basement in my house, just 2 stories plus a loft. And I am very fit actually, I have been active in ballet and gymnastics since I was three. So I do know quite a lot about working out and stretching. My "fat ass" is actually quite bony and petite, so I wish It was a bit fatter actually. And my comment wasn't meant to be mean, I just pointed out that she must be doing something wrong, because 2h every single day does give you results if you do it correctly and eat healthy. I just think she has shitty exscuses tbh.
To be fair, breast size is pretty much given to you by genetics. You're either lucky or not. Same with height, facial structure, and skin and nails and hair quality. Everything else can be fixed with a healthy lifestyle.
There are plenty of thin people who were born thin and give no regard to their eating habits. As a person who has to keep a regular exercise regime and low calorie diet just so I don't look like Jabba occasionally I get frustrated but I would never comment on someone like that.
That'd be me
I have tried to gain weight and it goes nowhere
People think being called fat is bad
Try being called stick by your own parents
That ain't hurt less
Skinny shaming is just as bad as fat shaming, if not worse. My parents are just weird, they constantly call me fat when I work out regularly, eat well with a few exceptions (I just love chocolate too much) and have a BMI of 21.3. I'm like the definition of normal and they still call me fat.
Do you have a healthy balanced diet?
generally, those two things will help your body stay and look healthier
wtf?
I am so sorry please don't cry.
Why am I this weird...?
Also my choice of them too
People finally realize how annoying I'm http://45.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m6eyy0Q2nU1rziwwco1_400.gif
