Looks pretty, but in practice it would be shit because you'd only get one flavor/vegetable at once. What you really want is them all mixed up together to get all the flavors.
Jesus christ, these vegetables are barely cooked. Fucking caramelize those onions, grill those peppers and corn, do something with the broccoli and tomato.

I see what looks like a bed of Alfredo sauce, so they're on to something there... could also substitute for Pesto.
Other possible substitution are sliced grapes and lightly chopped walnuts or well drained meduim salsa.
Eating light and healthy doesn't mean rabbit kibble folks.
