It's not an uncommon fact that air in the arteries is really fucking bad

it's called an air embolism

Gotta keep this in mind for......reasons.

It doesn't take much potassium to kill someone and it'll still look like a heart attack.

actually, it's pulmonary embolism and it does raise questions if we're talking a person under 40 with no known cardiovascular diseases but yea, better than some exotic-ass poison, sure. :D

The air has to get into the blood vessels in order to reach the heart and a little bit of air won’t kill someone, it has to be pretty substantial like st least a 20 cc syringe full of air. The needle has to get into an artery and although it’s not that complicated for certain health care professionals it’s more than a little challenging for someone with no idea of what they are doing. Just sayin!

It takes more than a single syringe full of air to kill someone. You shouldn't rely on movies for your knowledge of the world. This is especially true if you plan on killing people.
