No. Dog years means 1 of our years is like 7 to a dog, reverse dog years would be 7 of our years is like 1 year to that guy. If I meant he was aging backwards I would have said, "Oh my God it's Benjamin Button. Only he doesn't resemble Brad Pitt at all."
