"We are a company devoted to hiring white straight women. Anyone of color? NOPE. All men? FASCIST PIGS. WE MUST KEEP THE ORDER"

There is a girl in the back who you can barely see who could be black. There are definitely at least one Asian girl and who knows what the ethnicity of the girl front right... Honestly I would not want to work in an office of all women. You really want diversity so that it isn't 12 people with the same idea.
There definitely is a black woman in HuffPost's damage control video. Not sure if she works for them tho. I don't really see how would an office with 12 women be full of the same ideas. An office with 12 feminists maybe, but you can have diverse ideas even from people of the same culture/ethnicity/gender/whatever. And the best part is that you can disagree and disprove every single one of these ideas, no matter what feminists tell you about "triggers" and crap like that. Fuck yeah freedom of speech.
Honestly, no. But I've been on a couple of projects which are kind of a simulation of the EU or NATO etc. and there were mostly women. I guess guys aren't as interested in international politics, but that's not the point. The point is, there were mostly women and there weren't any problems at all, but then again it might be because these projects are quite selective, so I only met well educated, smart people which can make all the difference.
Working with all women changes the dynamic drastically. I find it exhausting... though I'm sure some male dominated groups could be equally taxing.
- Either way, no matter how intelligent your group is. If you come from largely the same background (regardless of race) you miss out on an alternate perspective. Which I would think would be important for Huffington Post.
That's one problem with the "diversity is our strength" philosophy...you can't just say "we hire the most qualified person" if,you wind up with a non-diverse staff. If you push hiring women even when you have to take ones with less experience or qualifications or whatever because of "diversity'" and you criticize all-male groups as non-inclusive, then you look stupid for having an all-female group. Same for race or other identity politics points.
