But to see the doctor doctor you need to be a doctor or have some kind of high degree because since the doctor doctor is the best doctor, the doctor doctor only sees doctors and doctor-like people.
This happens to me as well. Supposedly it's a side effect of my anemia? I get really dizzy and my field of vision is black when I stand up after siting for quite a while
Its called Postural hypotension. The causes of it can vary. I have it. You can try one technique that can help; Before standing up tap try taping your feet and moving your legs around a bit. Helps to get the heart to pump some of the blood that pools while seated
Hypo, Not Hyper. Hypo is low, Hyper is High. Hypertension is high Blood Pressure and the described issue is low Blood Pressure, causing a temporary blackout.
Omg I get that to!
I hear it's because you stand up to quick and hold your breath.
If you take a deep breath before standing up, it won't happen, it works for me!
@lenny, *You're. So sorry, didn't want to be the scumbag guest but I couldn't help it.
Also, that's happened to me a few times. The points I agree with is(what I needed), a bit unfit, dehydrated, and try to tap your feet or just get your blood moving before randomly standing. :)
This happens to me sometimes. Once, I got so disoriented that I couldn't see for almost a minute and I couldn't tell if I was awake or not. It was... really weird.
A lot of people saying to go to a doctor, is it not that common? Everyone I know knows what I mean when I say I sit up too fast and my vision gets dark. It doesn't happen all the time, but it happens.
