Just the 4 cities. We're the second largest maple product producing state, the second largest apple product producing state, lots of dairy production, top ten fishing destination state. 2/5 of us are pretty cool, NYC is the armpit of NYS.

New York city. One of, if not the most well known cities in the world...is the...armpit...of NYS. Because....apples!?

8/15 of the state lives there, crime statistics are staggering, civil liberties are violated daily, taxation is out of control, our western ny green power production and taxes feed that monster. Their legislation financially burdens small towns and school districts across the state.

Isn't NYC sinking?

To a new low every day.

No...like physically....sinking. That'll solve the problem.

Not just Texas, states like Vermont, New Hampshire and others that respect the rights of the private citizen.

I saw this news post about university students in Texas protesting gun safety laws by walking around with dildos.

Because sex toys were banned on campus, but guns were not.

I'd rather have .45 in my hand than a sex toy if a mad guy went around stabbing people in a shopping centre. I think I'd probably have a significantly higher chance of surviving

I want to have both...because what is scarier than a crazed woman with a gun and a gigantic fist of love? No lube? That's okay. It isn't for me.

Wiggle: You're scared of visiting the US because of responsible firearms owners carrying them, but WEREN'T scared by criminals having guns in areas where one can't carry legally?

This is what scares me about visiting the US!

You'll be fine as long as you don't go to a school, club, or sporting event.

Why scared wiggle? Scared ofthe pressure cooker bombers? The mall stabbers? Believe me, we legal firearms owners are more likely to try to save your ass than injure it.

Think it's just that I'm not used to seeing any weapons on display at all! I know it's all for your own safety but when you've never seen it before, it's rather scary!

Fair enough

@geluregis, that's because they usually take place in gun free zones, where law abiding citizens leave guns in their cars.

I am afraid because sometimes people get mad at each other randomly and instead of punching a man, they shoot him.

Well, imagine how much more polite you would be if 9 out of 10 people was armed.

I am usually polite..... There are still drunk people.

In Texas, you can't bring a gun into an establishment licensed to sell liquor when that business derives 51 percent or more of its income from liquor sales... It's also illegal to conceal carry while intoxicated.
