Its a jack, odds are that jeep is used off road and thus has a special Jack used to get it out of tight spots.

It's also likely lifted, meaning any normal jack would not even come close to raising the vehicle enough to change a flat tire.

It can also pry you out of tight spots. Say you're like me: stuck between two trees because you were just so certain you could fit. But you couldn't. This handy devise will create a little room for you to slide right through.

A photographer got reported to the police for carrying a rifle, when the police got hold of the guy, it turned out to be a camera mounted on a monopod. This is just as crazy. I live in Norway btw, carrying weapons around isn't common here

That's quite annoying. I had a letter opener which my teacher thought was a knife, and was sent to the principal's office at school.
