Dude.....he is so flippin stupid... I think this is worse than the one where someone thought that Australia didn't get rain because it rained "on to of the world so how on Earth would rain even reach Australia?"
The explanation is that Japan has a special technique teleport to the West-most area as soon as they reach the east-most area, but to be honest we all have this technique.
