Sometimes I get a really weird feeling that makes me stop doing whatever I am doing at that moment. It doesn't matter what I am doing I just stop and after a while I hear voices and it really freaks me out I don't have that problem as much anymore but it has happened again this year and it really freaks me out.
Hey bud, regardless of how little or often it happens I think if you hear voices you should go see someone just so you're not alone with this.

^agreed.
There could be some issues only a therapist can help you manage before they get too big for one person to handle.
Or you might just be receiving radio waves. I had this thing where I swear I could hear radio stations in my head. Got my braces off, never happened again.
So maybe see an orthodontist while you're at it.
I don't have the money to go see a therapist but I am really glad that you guys believe me. I haven't told anyone in fear of getting sent away. So you guys are the only ones that know and the only reason I even commented was to relieve some stress. Because you guys don't know my name, my age, or anything so I feel safe posting on here.
also if you ever want to talk to someone that, as you said, does not know your name, age or anything, just to relieve some stress, I'd be happy to give you my e-mail adress. There's also a site called 7cups, where you can just talk with strangers who are there to help out and just listen to whatever you want to get off your chest

When I feel like this, I eat a sandwich.
If it doesn't make the feeling go away, at least I got a sandwich out of it.
Sometimes I get this feeling in my gut that won't let me eat no matter how appetizing the food is or how hungry I am. I force myself to eat because of nutrients but I get so uncomfortable while doing so
Go see a doctor, you might have digestive problems. My friend's small intestine would become inflamed so even if she was starving, you would almost have to twist her arm to get her to eat. A few prescriptions later and shes a-okay.
This is most definitely not a symptom of depression and neither anxiety. It's probably just some stress combined with fatigue..or you're actually mildly sick but not enough to say that you're ill. Though if you get this feeling daily then it is likely a sign of depression

And if you get this daily, but eating a sandwich makes it go away, then you are either hungry on a daily basis, or have sandwich-cured depression.
I honestly get confused when im like that, cuz i dont know what to do, so i just stare into the peaceful dark abyss, until im lulled to sleep by the 3 cats who sleep by me and purr
This is one of the reasons I hate tumblr. Are u a little uncomfortable. U have depression. Do u have a timid headache around annoying people. You have a severe mental problem and anxiety and depression and it's ok we support u.

They support because of sickening idiotic pieces of shit like you who don't understand mental damage
Jesus calm down with the fucking hate @thenewlazybones they were just saying tumblr over reacts a lot. There's lots of self diagnosed kids with various supposed mental problems on there.
I don't need a sandwich I need less assholes and idiots yes I know there's self diagnosers but I'm pretty sure there's people out there with real problems

But have you even tried sandwiches? There's like, no rules. As long as it's in between two pieces of bread, you're golden.
You could go with a classic bread, cheese, condiment, lunchmeat, lettuce, bread.
OR you could go wild and just do bread, rack of ribs, Tika Masala flavored potato chips, horsey sauce, bread (with the toothpick through an olive on top).
The possibilities are endless.
Everyone needs sandwiches.

I think you may have misunderstood the key principle of sandwiches.
You can put ANYTHING between two slices of bread.
So you take these people who ridicule mental illness, and you make them a sandwich: bread, cheese, turkey, ranch, lettuce, POISON, pickle, swiss, bread - toasted.
This sandwich will get rid of anyone.
