You are just assuming those things about her. What if she is just dressing as a time machine for fun? You don't know that she is pretentious, you don't know that she thinks she is special. You just make a stereotype based on what you see.
This is in a comic book shop, not a convention. At a con, you let your freak flag fly proudly. The "street clothed" attendees at the odd ones out there.

Sorry, unless A) she showed up to work in said comic book shop and B) the comic shop has a dress code that the clothes in question are violating, then anybody giving her shit about her outfit needs to shut the fuck up. There is no "dress code" for existing, or for being a customer, unless it's posted on the door of the shop.
