Some starfish consume clams and scallops.

You can see a mark on the shell where the starfish's mouth was. Poor shellboye.

Oh yeah, I see it now… damn. I knew (most) starfish were carnivorous but biting through shells just like that? Not gonna lie, that information took me by surprise.
