If it has negative effects they are probably a lot less than windmills chopping thousands of birds up.
I'm wondering just how much they oscillate, how much energy is produced and how far apart they have to be placed to not hit each other.
I'm guessing that since it's a new project, not much every will be produced. But probably, the sticks can be much closer than our actual wind turbines, since these are smaller and don't have the huge blades
