Well. You do actually speak good English, for a European. Most of them have accents that don't sound like they are from Boston. I mean no offense, but some of the Europeans do in fact sound like they are from New Jersey. And others kinda sound like they are from South Texas or Arizona. But I've noticed that the blonde ones from the Nordic countries sound like the girls I went to college with from North Dakota.

From my experience with my family hosting dozens of exchange students from countries all around the world, people from Brazil and, not all too surprisingly, Germany have the best English while South Koreans and Chinese have the worst.

Hmm well I think generalizing Europeans is a bad idea in general. English is my first language, but that's because I've lived abroad and went to international schools. My accent however, is not really distinguishable. I'll have some Americans asking me which state I come from while others just assume my English is horrid because of my "very thick European accent". At the end of the day everything is subjective, and a lot turn out to be at least a bit ignorant :)
