Yes too all these. Having big boobs is no fun. There's back pain as well. Best way to find out if a girl has fake big breasts is to ask how her backs is doing. If she says fine, they're fake. Believe me, I'm a 32jj and they're the bane of my life. :(

Mines are just so flat, i can run, do jumping jacks and etc without them moving an inch. But Big boobs girl are so lucky, they always look good in a swimsuit and dresses.

But for fashion there are styles that generally just look better with larger breasts, and things that look better on more petite chests. There are "looks" that are harder to pull off for both. Having big boobs is like owning a Ferrari you have to drive everyday. Lots of attention, some great perks, but also very impractical and expensive. For some people they gladly take the good and bad, others are better off in a reliable Honda Accord. It doesn't turn heads the same way, but it is livable every day. There's always water bras.
