It would also help if the food served by the school itself was tasty as well as healthy. There are plenty of foods that are both but never are they thought of
Woah. Where are you from where this is taught? America? I mean I learnt those skills in math and home class and younger years of art. It's cool they have a subject dedicated to it.
Drink more water, less of everything else. Watch the salt. Eat carbs, your body needs them. You probably need more protein. Use oils not butter. Stir fry or bake everything.
Parents get a pass on this one. ;)
