I know how that is. I've lost 30 pounds this year that same way. Granted, I don't count. I've just stuck with those healthy meals that are like 350 calories a pop. Way better than just trying to watch what I eat.
Thank you, I don't think I've ever had anyone really truly ask me that. And the part about getting help—sort of? I have a therapist, but we haven't talked extensively about my eating disorder. I've had various types since I was 11 years old.
