Based on this pic, the place the arrow is pointing is technically not part of the human anatomy. It's now the horse's chest area. So having a penis there wouldn't make a lot of sense. But, if you still feel the need to go look at centaur erotica before making a decision, then by all means. It's for science, after all
centaurs are really confusing to me. do they have two stomachs? where are their lungs? Where are the female reproductive organs? Which nipples does the baby feed from? is the spine really that long? also, can you imagine the caloric content they would need?
Overanalyzing in 3... 2... 1...
I'd personally probably think the lungs would be in the human part (no idea why other than having lungs in the horse area would move them a decent distance from the actual mouth and nose, which would complicate their breathing and making their Airways more prone to issues I would think). They might even take up the entire area. The stomach and such would all then be down in the horse area, as would any reproductive organs.
I'd think the baby would feed from the human breasts, since it's a human mouth, and the only reason female centaurs would need to HAVE breasts, and reaching the nipples on the underbelly of the horse would be awkward because of the height of the.. Centfoal? This would make the néed for nipples on the horse area obsolete so I would think the centaurs wouldnt have them at all
The spine part... either it'd have to be, or they'd somehow have two spines. That one I can't really touch on.
Keep in mind centaurs literally came about from a guy fucking a female horse. So if nothing else the female reproductive organs would likely be in the horse end
ok, but how bout this: human lung capacity is nowhere near a horses lung capacity, and with that much extra muscle, you'd think theyd need both sets of lungs.
second, can you imagine trying to breastfeed a mini centaur? that would be impossible.
and another thing? how are centaurs born? are they born all folded up, or do they come out the long way?
I meant the lungs might take up the entire, or majority of the torso area. With the stomach and reproductive organs further down, there would be plenty of room for larger lungs and mammary glands
I'd like to point out that a horse giving birth to a human-horse hybrid is also impossible haha
I imagine they'd have to come out the human part first, and then bend so the front legs and such could follow after. Any other way I just think would explode the poor mother

Edited because I just realized my phone changed "lungs" to "lingers." This, after I spent a solid 2 minutes trying to figure out wtf I was talking about due to that typo..
