A cat can survive any fall as long as it's a certain height or higher. That doesn't mean it won't break legs or seriously sprain something. Just means it has the possibility of not dying.

That’s deff gonna cause some internal bleeding for sure. Also throw in some cracked/ broken bones as well. Poor kitty. Hope it was found by someone an they took it to the vet.
