They’re both jerks. She’s a jerk because.... listen to her. “Manspreading” is only an issue when one invaded the personal space of others or prevents access through it. Where space permits there is no reason any human can’t sit as they are most comfortable. Further, we don’t know the whole picture. Maybe he was spreading excessively or causing problems- if he was he may be unaware and most people wouldn’t admit it if they were in a fight. Or maybe he was barely spreading as she says but it annoyed her. That’s relative, but not something they requires being a jerk, and as she says she “told him” not asked him or brought it up to him. On his end there was no reason to attack her like that, initially by telling her to put down her donut, or in his reply. He obviously found her unpleasant, but he ant say much since he is unpleasant as well. A happy medium isn’t when two people take opposite extremes of being jerks. You just end up with twice the jerks when the goal is 0 jerks.

People trade insult for insult, negativity for negativity. It's great when someone can break the cycle, but hamplanet got no worse than the gave, and she's the one that started with that $#+.

Male hips are physically arranged to put their legs outward. Their very home structure makes it very uncomfortable to close their legs. And that's ignoring that they have balls smack in the middle that get crushed.

Female hips are wider biologically, however. But I wholeheartedly agree. There is a difference between not wanting to crush your fragile testicles and being a purposefully inconsiderate asshole! I think he is in the right here, but he went a little over the line in my opinion :)

There is indeed a difference in doing a split and spreading your legs lol. It's also the direction the hips and legs move into. If women are like this " " men are like this "/ \". There's also the fact that men have a different center of gravity. Women have a lower center around the butt area while mean have it slightly above the butt. That difference means men need more support to sit still without falling over which demands that the legs spread in order to gain more stablity. And now for funsies...
