Personally, I can't hold anything even my phone in my hand or I just can't go. I have to put my phone or whatever i'm holding down to be able to go so I do this as well.

Maybe it’s like a geography thing? Like how some people say “pop” and some say “soda,” or maybe it’s just personal preference?
