Translations are literally just the equivalent forms of different languages, meaning that any sound meaning excitement would be the translation of yee haw.
Yeehaw in Finnish is jiihaa. Pronounced the same but only written like a Finn would write it.

That's cause US movies are not dubbed finnish and many fins are fluently speaking english. Everyone on this planet who has seen a few cowboy movies knows "Yeehaw". When germans use it, then mainly to mock people dressed up too cowboy-like. You look at them full of derisive pity and say (not yell!) "Jieh Haah!" which is how a german would probably spell it.
It isn't even a word it is a sound you make.
