Why do bots have stars now? -facepalms-
Oh well. Since I'm here anyway, a question for you guys: who on FS actually likes driving stick? I've been with my manual camaro for two years, and can't envision going back to automatic ever again.
My first car was stick. Every single car I have owned has been stick. I’ve owned well over 20 cars. None have been autotragic. Maybe when I am very old, or if I were to ever get injured I might consider anything but a true manual transmission.
I love driving stick. It's also quite regular here in Europe especially as a starter automatics tend to be a bit more expensive and rare. I love being in control over how fast my car responds and when he does. Eventhough I can appreciate the laziness in an automatic car
You can kinda manipulate an automatic into behaving with similar control on most roads, it just requires a very sensitive foot, a very good ear, and a LOT of experience with the specific car. Obviously with that same experience with a manual car it'll still win, but the gap closes by a noticeable amount. Still though, back to the original point, yeah, the automatic is about laziness. I'm gonna be cruising, 30-45 mph on a minor road around my neighborhood 95% of the time, not gonna be fuckin street racing peeps at stop lights.
