I'd say its almost a 100% chance that a guy who wears Glock on his hip in public is doing so legally. Which means he had to have passed the conceal and carry course and a very thorough criminal background check.

While I agree he’s probably doing it legally there’s no reason to believe that he’s passed a concealed carry course since he’s probably not required to do so to open carry.
If you look at the guys keys I maybe wrong but I think those are dog tags like the kind military have. My Dad after being in the Navy had his on his keys for as long as he was alive.
Just pointing at that the gun owner in this picture is fairly irresponsible. The holster is easily accessible and there is nothing stopping somebody from coming up behind him and grabbing it. If you’re going to open carry you need a holster that has 1-2 straps over the gun.
