I am not a hundred percent sure but I do think it is REALLY stupid to go to sleep with a scarf on.

Apparently. Although whether it's accurate or not is up for debate. I didn't link to the study itself (not sure where it's at), just an article dissecting it a bit

Fun fact : Overthinking and Jumping to (negative) Conclusions are symptoms of Social Anxiety and Panic Disorders that are caused by the trauma of bullying. It's funny because I didn't blame the patriarchy.

It's also because women have more connections between the right and left side of the brain so our logic and emotions are more connected

I use my brain a lot, but I also sleep very light, either I'm just different or this is not accurate
