Thanks for the reference! I've always found the angle of eyes very weird. I keep forgetting that they're spherical.

Np :) dragon heads can be difficult. Luckily there is an element of fantasy to them so you can get away with a lot. Snake eyes do tend to bulge, so you may prefer doing a brow bone (idk the term for it-- a lot of birds like eagles and such have them and it makes them look angry all the time).
